Figure out what you want. Have you dragged your heels on, say, investing in a cherished hobby? Instead of dwelling on your resistance, focus on what you want – such as the joy of creativity.
Try shifting your perspective. Turn a chore in to a choice by changing your language from have to want to. You’ll be more productive and have more fun.
Make three lists. Every night before bed, write these three lists:
(1)Wins: These are what you want to congragulate yourself for accomplishing that day, like, “Followed up on two new job leads.”
(2)Do: Remember those wants you identified? Jot down four or more steps you’ll take the next day to help you achieve on of them like, “Write five pages of my book.” Then, do them!
(3)Be: Here, write the qualities you want to embody and express that make you feel good about yourself and how you lead your life. Example: “I want to be especially kind.”

These are fantastic tips!
